Things to know
Cambridge 0580 changed its paper structure from 2025. Papers 1 and 2 are now non-calculator. Papers 3 and 4 allow a calculator. This is different from the pre-2025 format. Make sure your revision and past paper practice reflects the new structure.
Cambridge publishes separate timetables for different administrative zones (1-6). Most international schools in the Middle East, Southeast Asia, Africa, and Europe are in Zone 3. Indian subcontinent schools are typically Zone 4. Your school's exam officer can confirm which zone applies to you.
Edexcel IGCSE 4MA1 uses "R papers" for centres outside the UK that sit exams at a later time to account for time zone differences. The dates are the same, but the paper code has an R suffix (e.g. 4MA1/1HR becomes 4MA1/1HRR). The content and difficulty are equivalent.
Always confirm your personal timetable with your school's exam officer. The dates on this page are sourced from the official Cambridge and Pearson Edexcel published timetables, but individual centres may have variations for clashes or local arrangements.
